I want to write this letter to express my continued thanks and appreciation for taking on my case, attaining a successful outcome, and continuing to monitor the case as necessary. Due to my disability, there is no way I could keep track with all the continued questionnaire updates that are required by the insurance company. Prior to my seeking legal assistance on my case, I applied for the private insurance disability benefits on my own, albeit unsuccessfully. I was very downtrodden thinking that the insurance company was going to be allowed to refuse to pay my benefits due to a technicality. Fortunately, you agreed to take on my case and immediately found a hole in the insurance company’s position.
