From the moment I spoke with someone from your office, everyone has been very courteous, friendly, up front and honest. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Filing a claim of any nature is not something I feel comfortable doing, but if we wouldn’t have proceeded, we would have been left with nothing.
