I want to personally thank you for helping us. We needed advice from someone knowledgeable in Disability Insurance companies and we found that with Michael Grabhorn. My husband found his name on the web; we live out of state from his practice. Three states away which made me worry a bit (not having someone local) but I don’t think anyone here was specialized in this particular field. I don’t think anyone would have had the experience that he demonstrated. Our conversations were via the telephone. There wasn’t ever a time when someone didn’t take the time to talk to me or answer questions. His Staff was great. When speaking with Mr. Grabhorn, he was very upfront about our options and what he thought would be best for us in the current situation. He made us feel comfortable and at ease knowing that he would handle the situation. Our business was concluded in a timely matter with great results. I would not hesitate to call him again. Michael was very professional, direct, serious, engaging, intelligent. Our experience and engagement with him and his office was excellent.
